Spring-like conditions have forced a venue change for one of Vernon Winter Carnival含羞草研究社檚 most popular events.
The annual Balloon Glow is one of the kick-off events of the 64th Carnival this Friday, Feb. 2, and was slated to be held at Polson Park.
But Polson is too wet, and the Balloon Glow will now be hosted at Kal Tire Place and Kin Race Track.
The time remains the same, 4-6:30 p.m.
含羞草研究社淭his event remains weather dependent,含羞草研究社� said Carnival executive director Kris Fuller.
There is free transit on Routes 1-9 Friday, and transfers will not be provided.
