The second of three tapings wrapped up Saturday at the Shatford Centre for Lake Country singer Sophia Boal.

The song, co-written and produced by Penticton含羞草研究社檚 Bill Bogaardt, is called Push It Up. Bogaardt collaborated with Kelowna musician Kyle Haynes with the goal of getting the 17-year-old some high-level recognition.

Bogaardt, president and publisher of , described the song as very 含羞草研究社渄ynamic and danceable含羞草研究社 and is complemented by 20 performers from Okanagan Dance Studios in the video under the direction of choreographer Shannon Cote.

含羞草研究社淚t含羞草研究社檚 been really great and I含羞草研究社檓 just really excited about what we含羞草研究社檙e doing here,含羞草研究社 said Boal during a break in the Saturday video shooting.

A number of extras, including a horn section, have been added to the mix, as well.

Boal was the 2016 winner of the Fresh BC Talent Quest and dreams of one day becoming a professional singer and inspiring others through her work.
