An art auction put on by Kelowna含羞草研究社檚 Gospel Mission (KGM) was a great success.

The first annual event took place at Grizzli Winery in West Kelowna on Jan. 27 and in total raised $150,000 to support services at KGM.

More than 180 people attended and more than 30 original paintings were auctioned off.

含羞草研究社淭he generosity displayed by those in attendance, as well as the artists, galleries, and sponsors involved, is sincerely appreciated and is having a significant impact in our community,含羞草研究社� said KGM含羞草研究社檚 resource development specialist Spencer Larsen. 含羞草研究社淭heir contributions made this all possible and elevated the event to a level that we couldn含羞草研究社檛 have imagined, and for that, we say thank you.含羞草研究社�

Because of the event含羞草研究社檚 success, the second annual event has already been scheduled for 2025.
