A 361-unit rental apartment development has been proposed for Kelowna含羞草研究社檚 North Central neighbourhood.

Denciti Developments has applied to rezone 12 properties between D含羞草研究社橝njou and Richmond streets on the north side of Bernard Avenue to build two, six-storey apartments.

Plans submitted to city hall include a shared amenity lounge with kitchen, dining and entertainment facilities, a fitness facility, an outdoor courtyard, a rooftop deck, a pet wash station, a bike repair station, and a workshop.

Modo has confirmed they would enter an agreement to provide two car-share stalls, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure will be provided to those stalls and some residential stalls in the parkade.

含羞草研究社淲e are confident this proposal is consistent with the objectives of the Official Community Plan and will complement the neighbourhood and support the city含羞草研究社檚 growth,含羞草研究社� a submission letter states.

The development is yet to be presented to Kelowna council.
