含羞草研究社婣n early morning vehicle fire investigation has been turned over to the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP.
The Coldstream Fire Department responded to a call at 4:25 a.m. Thursday, May 9, about a fully engulfed vehicle fire on Clerke Road.
The vehicle, a Ford F-250 pick-up truck, had been abandoned.
Eleven firefighters from the Coldstream department extinguished the blaze, then turned the matter over to police, who determined the vehicle had been stolen.
含羞草研究社淭he vehicle was completely destroyed, and was found to have been stolen from a business in Vernon sometime during the night,含羞草研究社 said Vernon North Okanagan RCMP media relations officer Const. Chris Terleski.
