The rookie forward will make his Canucks debut Tuesday (Feb. 20) in Colorado during a 6 p.m. game against the host Avalanche, the team announced.
Late last week Bains was called up by the Canucks from their AHL affililate, Abbotsford Canucks, where he含羞草研究社檚 starred in recent months and .
含羞草研究社淚f I get the opportunity, just go out there and play my game and try to help the team win,含羞草研究社 Bains said in video posted to the Canucks含羞草研究社 twitter.com account.
He含羞草研究社檒l wear jersey #80, and becomes just the fourth Punjabi-heritage player in the league. He still lives in Surrey at his family home.

Bains, 23, was undrafted in both the WHL and NHL, and , in March 2022.
He played his junior hockey with Red Deer Rebels and captured the WHL含羞草研究社檚 Bobby Clarke Trophy as top scorer in 2021-22 with 112 points in 68 games.
