Thousands swarm Kelowna含羞草研究社檚 Rutland for Vaisakhi celebrations

An estimated 7,000 people attended the parade

It was a sight to see as at the Vaisakhi parade in Kelowna on April 27.

Rutland was overwhelmed with an estimated 7,000 people for the annual Sikh celebration of spring harvest.

Kelowna Councillor Mohini Singh said, 含羞草研究社淚t was a fantastic event with people of all different backgrounds coming together to celebrate. The Vaisakhi parade has become one of Kelowna含羞草研究社檚 big attractions.含羞草研究社�

Singh added that she loves how the event draws people from all across the region.
