Porchlight Developments had plans to build six buildings, up to six-storeys each totalling 46 units, and four family cabins on the former Todds RV site on Beach Avenue, named Crystal on the Lake.

However, the property is now back on the market, with the asking price of $13.5 million for the nearly four-acre site.

Peachland council moved the project forward in August 2022 and Porchlight is expected to start construction in phases in spring 2023 and to complete the project within four years.

While the project is still listed on the company's website under "Current Projects" clicking the link leads to an empty web page.
