Kelowna resident, Robert Goertzen feels that 21 is a special number for him after winning a whopping $21.9 million on the Feb. 20, 2016, Lotto 6/49 draw.

Goertzen says he still can含羞草研究社檛 believe that he含羞草研究社檚 a lottery winner and says he will continue to play Lotto 6/49 and purchase tickets when he含羞草研究社檚 grocery shopping 含羞草研究社� it含羞草研究社檚 part of his weekly routine.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Real Canadian Superstore on Baron Road in Kelowna, where Goertzen is a regular shopper.
